Who we are
OasisOrigin is a home decor brand that sells its own products on Amazon.com. This policy describes how we handle data in the internal software we use to manage our own Amazon Advertising account through the Amazon Ads API and Login with Amazon.
What data we access
Our software accesses only our own Amazon Advertising account, with our authorization. It reads and updates:
- Campaign, ad group, keyword, product targeting and bid settings
- Aggregated advertising performance reports, such as impressions, clicks, spend and sales
- Profile and account identifiers needed to make API requests
We do not collect, request or store personal information about Amazon shoppers, and we do not access any other advertiser's account.
How we use it
We use this data only to report on and manage our own advertising: reviewing performance and adjusting bids, budgets, keywords, negative keywords and campaign status. Every change goes through an internal approval step and is logged.
Storage and security
Data and access credentials are stored on computers controlled by our business. Credentials are kept out of shared documents and source code, and access is limited to the people who run our advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share advertising data with third parties, and we do not use it for any purpose other than managing our own advertising.
Retention
We keep advertising reports and change logs for as long as they are useful for running our business, and we delete credentials when we stop using the Amazon Ads API.
